1. Monitor ticketing tool and give solutions within SLA TAT.
2. Coordinate with users, Business and vendors team and resolve issues
3. Maintain track list of activities
4. Business / Insurance domain knowledge – Added advantage

Qualifications, work experience:

B.E / B. Tech. / MCA/ BCA, BSC

1 to 3 years of IT experience

Knowledge (Language, IT skills etc):

1. SQL Server 2014 and Above (Triggers, Views, Stored Procedures), ASP.NET MVC, C#
2. Server/Infra Hardware Knowledge
3. Excellent Communication skills (written/oral)
4. Team Work, Proactive, Communication Skills, Support Team Members, Take initiative.
