Light
Calm amid the chaos

Leadership that Listens

What is one skill beyond technology that helped you grow?

I once thought leadership meant having the best answers. Now I know it starts with listening. When people feel heard, trust builds and better decisions follow. Listening has helped me see problems from angles I would have otherwise missedand sometimes the strongest leadership move is simply giving someone the space to speak.

An Experience Worth Sharing

A memorable high-pressure moment?

During Diwali 2025, we handled a major production issue under tight timelines. It was intense, but staying calm helped us fix it the right way. While others were celebrating, we were troubleshooting line by line. That night reminded me that resilience often grows in the quietest sacrifices.

Tough Situations, Calmer Thinking

What mindset helps you lead complex deliveries?

I believe in full ownership, no shortcuts. Temporary fixes may work for the moment, but they don’t build trust, and doing it properly, even if it takes time, always pays off. Clean solutions create confidence within the team, and, when you solve something thoroughly, you don’t just fix code; you strengthen credibility.

A Key Lesson in Leadership- The Power of Patience

An unexpected skill that helped you thrive?

The most unexpected strength has been patience. It helps me understand different mindsets and align teams better, and patience builds trust, and trust strengthens delivery.
It allows conversations to settle instead of escalate. With patience, alignment feels natural rather than forced.

Calm Over Chaos

How do you stay calm in production issues?

I remind myself that clarity comes from composure. If I stay steady, the team stays steady. Production issues are never easy. But I’ve learned that a calm mind thinks clearly. Panic clouds judgment; calm sharpens it.

Leadership but Make It Integral

If your leadership style had a tagline, what would it be?

don’t believe in leading from a distance, and I prefer working alongside my team, guiding quietly. “Quietly guiding, consistently delivering.” I learn with them, solve with them, and grow with them. For me, leadership is not about being ahead; it is about being present.
