iNube and PwC India Announce Joint Business Relationship to Accelerate Insurance Transformation in India
Collaboration brings together insurance native technology and consulting expertise to deliver end-to-end transformation for insurers.
iNube and PwC India have entered a Joint Business Relationship (JBR), bringing together complementary strengths to better support insurers across India as they navigate ongoing transformation. The collaboration combines iNube’s insurance-native technology platform with PwC India’s advisory, consulting, and program execution expertise to deliver more integrated and outcome-driven transformation initiatives.
As part of this relationship, PwC India will have the option to offer iNube’s comprehensive suite of software solutions across the insurance value chain spanning policy, distribution, and claims through the iNube Digital Platform. In parallel, iNube will leverage PwC India’s strengths in large program management, advisory services, and deep insurance domain expertise, particularly for complex and large-scale transformation engagements.
The two organizations will also work together on a joint Go-To-Market (GTM) approach, engaging with insurers through a combined lens of consulting-led thinking and platform-led execution. Within this, PwC India will contribute across key areas including IT and business strategy, future state operating model design, and business process reengineering. It will also act as a subject matter expert during implementations while leading program governance and risk management to ensure delivery quality and adherence to timelines. In addition, PwC India will support organizational change management, including training and capability uplift, enabling effective adoption of new systems and processes.
For insurers, this collaboration is expected to bring a more structured and outcome-driven approach to transformation, whether it involves modernizing core systems, improving operational efficiency, or enabling faster product innovation. It reflects a broader industry shift toward not just adopting new technology but ensuring its successful implementation and long-term impact.
